He has already established old age homes for the neglected senior citizen sector.

Apart from his business Mr Rahul Tupe is associated with various social activities. Mr Tupe got Padmashree Dr. Manibhai Desai Rashtaseva Award. He has also been awarded the honour of Doctorate in Social work from Vishwakarma open university for self-employment, India. Keeping in mind of upliftment of senior citizens he has established a Trust in the memory of his father who works in the field of Education and Healthcare.
